A Bit About Me

Travis believes that no one is broken, even when they may be struggling to see themselves in the best light. Through a person-centered approach, he works collaboratively with clients to empower them to become their best selves and regain a sense of control in their lives. He began his career while studying at Fordham University as a School Social Work intern providing clinical support within a school setting until going on to empower youth and families as an education advocate. Travis’ professional history includes working with specialized populations including first responders, LGBTQ+, and various immigrant populations. As a native New Yorker, Travis blends his diverse cultural exposure with a non-judgmental, person centered approach to invite authentic therapeutic alliance.
Juggling multiple responsibilities can be exhausting, but no one has to navigate those challenges alone. Travis provides a supportive and non-judgmental space for children, adolescents, and adults, focusing on effective, practical solutions that fit each individual's needs. He has experience supporting individuals who are navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, burnout, and adjustment challenges related to life changes or health concerns. Whether clients are facing personal or professional challenges, Travis' goal is to collaborate with them to develop tailored strategies that can help restore balance and improve their overall well-being.
In his personal time, Travis enjoys photography, grilling/cooking at home, or going out to a stand-up comedy show.  Travis looks forward to working alongside each client to discover a path toward meaningful progress and positive change!
