A Bit About Me
Dr. Fuller is a postdoctoral psychology resident and recent graduate of Kansas City University with specialized training in health psychology. She is passionate about helping individuals navigate the complex relationship between physical health, emotional well-being, and life stressors. As part of her residency training, she provides therapy and psychological assessment services to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.
Dr. Fuller has experience working with individuals facing chronic and terminal illnesses, medical diagnoses, health-related life transitions, grief and loss, caregiver stress, and adjustment difficulties. In addition, she has extensive experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and those navigating traumatic experiences, academic and career concerns, family and relationship challenges, age-related cognitive changes, and a variety of emotional and behavioral concerns.
Dr. Fuller’s assessment experience includes the evaluation of ADHD, mood disorders, personality disorders, cognitive impairment, and intellectual functioning. She values using assessment as a tool to help individuals better understand themselves and identify pathways toward growth and support.
Her therapeutic approach is grounded primarily in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and incorporates elements of Narrative Therapy. She believes that each person’s story, strengths, and values are essential components of the therapeutic process. Dr. Fuller works collaboratively with clients to develop practical coping strategies, build resilience, and create meaningful change that supports their personal goals and overall well-being.
Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Fuller enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets. She loves hiking, skiing, playing games, watching movies, and spending time at the beach.
As your clinician, Dr. Fuller strives to create a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. She is committed to fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship that helps individuals navigate life’s challenges, strengthen their resilience, and move toward a fulfilling and meaningful life.
