A Bit About Me
Kristofer Gonzalez is a dedicated mental health counseling intern. He began his journey at Kinsler Psychology over four years ago and has since taken on leadership roles within the administrative team and currently has an additional role as the office manager. He earned his bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of South Florida and is now completing a graduate degree in mental health counseling, with aspirations of obtaining a PhD.
Originally from Costa Rica, Kristofer is fluent in Spanish and integrates cultural and diversity considerations into his therapeutic practice. He employs various clinical approaches, with a particular affinity for existential therapy and behavioral therapy. In the future, he plans to broaden his expertise to include couples and groups in his practice.
Outside of his professional life, Kristofer enjoys playing the guitar, attending concerts, traveling, learning new languages, singing, drawing, reading, and watching movies. Additionally, he has a passion for fantasy films such as Star Wars, Marvel, Lord of the Rings, and Harry Potter.
