Your first step is to complete a New Patient Screening Intake through the link below. Dr. Kinsler herself reviews this screening, and based on your responses, she will assign you to a provider that is best suited for you based on your insurance, your presenting problems, and provider preferences. Feel free to look at our staff page before filling this out to choose providers you feel might be the best fit. Also, please take a look at the services we offer. When you are filling out your New Patient Screening form, please keep in mind that each service will require a different provider, so only select the services you would like to prioritize.
