A Bit About Me
Keisha Auguste is a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with support, care, and practical tools. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Florida A&M University—Go Rattlers!—and later received her Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University. Since 2021, Keisha has been dedicated to the mental health field, working with children, adolescents, adults, women, men, and LGBTQ+ individuals.

Her specialties include anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, mania, substance use, and childhood behavioral issues. Keisha takes an integrative and holistic approach to therapy, understanding that thoughts, behaviors, and emotions are shaped by lifestyle, environment, and personal experiences. She utilizes a variety of evidence-based interventions, including CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, SFT, and Play Therapy, to tailor treatment plans to each individual’s unique needs.

Keisha firmly believes in helping people grow through what they go through. Her goal isn’t to “fix” anyone, but rather to empower individuals with the tools they need to heal and thrive. Her therapeutic style is non-judgmental, compassionate, and authentic, fostering a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions. She views therapy as a collaborative journey and is committed to walking alongside her clients every step of the way.

Outside of her professional work, Keisha is bilingual in English and Haitian Creole. She enjoys reading, painting, cooking, practicing yoga, meditating, listening to music, traveling, binge-watching shows, spending time with loved ones, and being anywhere with a view of the water.
